Innovative approaches in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL): can they be scaled up?
The idea is to look at projects that do innovative things to do MEL at scale, etc. Some people are talking more and more about lean data approaches in this area, moving away from some MEL “best practice”. Can “best practice” be based on “good enough” in order to get to scale? The plan is to produce a publication of importance to the adaptive management literature.
